PretoriaSmile Orthodontics team are excited to welcome Rosemary Bray from the USA to our practice this week. She is an Orthodontic speaker, trainer, and consultant specializing in the New Patient experience, delivering extraordinary customer service, promoting terrific teamwork and excellent communication for the entire team, and creating an overall positive patient.
We have had the pleasure of having Rosemary consult our practice four times. As a result, Rosemary has improved our PretoriaSmile orthodontic practice, and the return on investment has exceeded my expectations. In addition, she helped train and educate the entire team about overall office communication, answering the telephone for the essential new patient phone call. Finally, she improved teamwork to make Pretoria Smile Orthodontics a place of enjoyment.
Rosemary's training methods and years of experience in the profession allow her to connect with the PretoriaSmile team and motivate us to treat the "patient" and not only their teeth or malocclusion. In addition, her work with the initial patient examination has allowed us to improve the service that I, as Doctor, and our Treatment Coordinator, provide to patients and parents.
PretoriaSmile orthodontics team owns the growth and culture of Rosemary, which competitors could only scratch their heads to figure out. As a result, we have not only built solid systems in the office and have well-trained people, but we have also learned to have a lot of fun along the way.
